Please allow this message to serve as a formal written notification that the Platform9 Cloud team will perform scheduled maintenance that may impact your cloud/service.

Purpose of the maintenance: Our data center provider will be performing maintenance on our primary circuit that connects to our SaaS backend. Services will be in a degraded state for the duration of this maintenance.

Maintenance Time: The maintenance will be performed Thursday, Nov. 5th during a 1-hour window between 7 PM and 8 PM PDT. You can expect approximately 5 minutes of downtime at some point during the maintenance period.

Expected Customer Impact: During the downtime portion of the maintenance, the management plane may not be available to access.
